I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Arkansas. I earned my Ph.D. in the Department of Industrial and Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. My research focuses on stochastic optimization and integer programming with applications in power grid, and transportation systems.

In addition, I hold master degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Michigan and received my bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University.
